Here are a few tips to lead a happy life lively.
1. Have a bigger Vision and Mission
Have a bigger Vision and Mission in your life. These pull you in your life whether you are up or down. Find your passion. Your passion is something for which you are ready to work happily, without looking at time or profit. Find problems in society which can be solved by your passion. The end result of large population after solving their problem will be your vision. The path you take to solve the problem in masses is your mission.
Do not under estimate yourself. Start working for a vision with a mission, which is much bigger than you. That instils lot of energy for you to make yourself and your life worthy and lively.
2. Exercise regularly
Exercise not only keeps you healthy and active. It also has anti-inflammatory effect which is very good for your Chronic Skin Diseases. It helps pump the blood with stronger heartbeat. It increases perspiration which eliminates toxins.
If you are not exercising regularly start slowly. Start work out with lesser numbers and time period. Slowly increase the timing and the count. Be consistent.

3. Increase your oxygen
Do exercise which will promote deep breathing. Deep breathing increases oxygen uptake. High level of oxygen has anti-inflammatory effects and positive influences on the immune system.

Have enough water to produce one and half to two litres of urine. This quantity of urine is necessary to eliminate waste materials through urine. In summer you need more water and in winter less water to produce same amount of urine.
Do not wait until you become thirsty. Thirst trigger mechanism is activated only after water level in the body comes below a thresh hold. So, if you feel thirsty you are already dehydrated. Mild dehydration also causes tiredness.
5. Consume enough nutrition
To run our biological machine, we need nutritious food. Have lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. See that half of your food is made of raw vegetables. Let the rest half of your food be freshly cooked food. Avoid canned food, precooked food, and food with lot of sugar or salt. Take less of carbohydrate and more of proteins. Chew well and see that food spends enough time in the mouth and well-grounded with saliva.
6. Rest and sleep well
Sleep and good rest are very important to be active. It increases resilience of body and mind. It reduces the stress level which is good to heal Chronic Skin Diseases. It boosts immune system by increasing cytokine level. Sleep and rest improve memory and creativity. It slows down the aging process. It makes you happier and reduces the thresh hold of pain. They improve concentration and productivity. Well rested body can work better with enthusiasm.
Sleep not only provides good rest but also it is the time for the mental data and memory are managed. Rejuvenation is faster during sleep.
7. Get Chronic Skin Diseases under control
Do what ever is necessary to control your Chronic Skin Diseases. Do not skip medicine. Do not avoid applications. Do not let lethargy to take over, after your condition is partially improved. Do not change a proven method of treatment, because somebody suggests something new. Do not fall for a shiny object.
